Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of health, nutrition and fitness to obtain not quick fix but a lifestyle change with sustainable and maintainable life changing habits. 


Personal training isn't just about going to the gym, it is a ongoing support system for keeping you on track both inside and outside of your sessions. 


Firstly, to ensure all of my clients stay motivated, my first task is to find a training style that works best for your specific goals and that you enjoy... I want you to catch that fitness bug.    We then come up with a change of diet that fits in around your lifestyle that avoids a crash diet and that is something long term and easily sustainable without the feeling "i'm hungry" or "the food is boring".

Once we have a found a balance that is personal to you, the next part is the best... The results!!

About Me

Strength in Body & Mind

My love for health and fitness started when I was 20. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2014 I’ve been working as a qualified trainer guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. However when I’m not with clients, this is where you’ll find me:

- Lifting weights in a bodybuilding gym.

- Outside running.

- In a downward facing dog being a yogi.

- Reading up on Anatomy, psychology and biology.

- upside down practicing those handstand.

- With a spoon in one hand and a jar of “crunchy” peanut butter in the other.

- Trying to board a plane to see the world.
